Professional musicians have been continuously facing difficulties in career over time. One of the psychological threats for is to lose their identity at work, which may lead abandonment potential lifetime career. Previous studies not emphasized importance certain work efforts maintain context music This study conducted a literature review on job crafting role musicians’ identity, and aimed elaborate existing concepts with profession. Using theoretical frameworks Job Demand-Resource theory, this proposed perspectives support theories, by identifying five dimensions (task, relational, cognitive, emotional, physical) professional musicians, as well building conceptual model that help identity. also contributed insights implications regarding towards construction could be considered during current pandemic.
